Terms of use

Udveka is operated by VSKT Tech Private Limited ("VSKT Tech", "we", "us"), a company registered in India, CIN U62010DL2024PTC439566. These terms are the agreement between VSKT Tech and anyone who holds a Udveka account.

Udveka reads the birth chart you give us and writes you a reading of your life. A reading is for reflection — it is not prediction, and it is not advice. Nothing here is medical, legal or financial guidance, and no reading should stand in for a professional you would otherwise turn to.

Your reading is written by AI. Udveka casts your birth chart from the details you give us, and an AI model writes the reading from a method we built on classical Vedic sources — what to read in a chart, what it means, and how to say it. Every reading is checked against that method before it reaches you. No astrologer writes your reading, and no person at Udveka reads it before you do.

Udveka does not read health outcomes, lifespan, legal outcomes or financial outcomes, and will not answer a question that asks it to. Because a reading is written by AI it can be wrong, and it is offered for reflection only — never as professional advice, and never as a substitute for a doctor, a lawyer or a financial adviser.

You must be 18 or older to hold an account. A reading may be for someone younger, and when it is, you confirm — before it begins — that you’re that person’s parent or guardian, and that you’re requesting the reading on their behalf. Udveka doesn’t knowingly open accounts for anyone under 18.

You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in secure, and for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it. The readings inside your account may be for other people — a parent, a partner, a friend — whose birth details you’ve been given permission to share with us.

Some readings and features are paid. Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency for your region. Payments are handled by our payment partner, Razorpay — Udveka never sees or stores your card or bank details.

If you hold a membership, it renews each cycle until you cancel it from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal — your membership stays active for the rest of the cycle you’ve already paid for — and can’t be undone once confirmed; starting again later begins a fresh cycle. Your reading is yours to keep, for your own reflection. Please don’t resell it, publish it, or pass it off as your own work. Please don’t use Udveka to look up someone’s birth details without their knowledge or consent, or in any way that breaks the law.

We aim to deliver every reading by the time we quote you, but Udveka is a small team, and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We may update these terms as Udveka grows — the date at the top tells you when we last did. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you directly rather than leave you to notice it.

You can close your account at any time from your account settings; closing it also removes your birth details, as described in our Privacy policy. We may suspend or close an account that misuses Udveka or breaks these terms.

We take care preparing every reading, but Udveka is provided as it is, without guarantees beyond what’s written here. To the extent the law allows, VSKT Tech isn’t liable for decisions made on the basis of a reading, or for indirect losses connected to using Udveka. Nothing here limits any right India’s consumer protection law gives you that can’t be limited by agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Delhi.
